I am having trouble getting access to STAT!Ref. Can you help?

To access your subscription, you must be identified as a TDS Health user. TDS Health offers several methods for authenticating users: by username and password, by IP address, or by using OpenAthens or Shibboleth.
 
If you have trouble gaining access to your subscription, please contact your local IT staff or contact TDS Health Technical Support by emailing support@tetondata.com or calling 800-901-5494. In the meantime, please know that there are several reasons why you may be denied access to TDS Health:
  1. You mistyped your username and/or password.
  2. Your IP address is not within an authorized IP range.
  3. Your subscription has expired.
  4. Your username is already in use and your subscription does not allow multiple sessions for the same user.
  5. Your institution has reached its maximum number of allowed users.
 
Once you are logged on your user session remains active until you log off or are timed-out due to inactivity. The timeout period is generally set to ten minutes.
