Next, a dedicated Customer Engagement Manager will serve as your point of contact during your first 30 days. As indicated in the Ditki onboarding guide, the first thing we need to determine together is the best method for user access. Thereafter, the elements of a successful partnership with TDS Health entails:

  • You will receive a minimum of one customized training session focused on quick adoption,
    realizing value and getting you and your users set up for success
  • You will have access to ongoing training throughout your time as a TDS Health customer, as
    additional training sessions can be scheduled during the life of your subscription
  • You and your users will have access to a variety of user videos, recorded training sessions,
    training handouts, quick guides and more, as seen in the Ditki onboarding guide
  • Our TDS Health Marketing Team can provide custom marketing materials to promote your
    subscription to users

Once we finalize our partnership, our team gets to work. Onboarding is the most effective when we work together.
